About This Course
This in-person, classroom program is designed for final-year students, fresh graduates and developers with 1–2 years of experience who want a practical, structured introduction to cybersecurity — without needing any prior security background.
Curriculum
Module 1 — Security Foundations: The CIA triad, common threat types, a security-first mindset, and basic networking and operating-system security concepts.
Module 2 — Application & Web Security: A walkthrough of the OWASP Top 10, common vulnerabilities such as SQL injection, XSS, CSRF and authentication flaws, and secure coding basics.
Module 3 — Network & System Security: Network scanning and enumeration basics, firewalls, VPNs and endpoint security fundamentals, with hands-on labs in our campus lab environment.
Module 4 — Security Operations & Careers: Incident response basics, an overview of common security tools, an introduction to career paths such as SOC analyst, application security and penetration testing, and a capstone lab exercise with review.
Delivered in person at our campus, with dedicated lab hours and direct mentor access.
Prerequisites
Basic computer literacy. No prior cybersecurity experience required.
