By accessing skillmenzo.com or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

SkillMenzo is a training platform operated by Trikara Technologies Pvt Ltd, offering prerecorded (self-paced) courses, live online cohorts and in-person classroom programs across web development, data science, cloud, design and other technical subjects.

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Enrollment in any course is confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Prerecorded courses include lifetime access to the course content from the date of enrollment, for as long as your account remains active and in good standing.

Access is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred or resold.

Live online cohorts and classroom programs run in scheduled batches with limited seats. Batch dates, timings and (for classroom programs) venue details are shared on the course page and via email/dashboard after enrollment.

SkillMenzo may reschedule a batch or shift a session online in exceptional circumstances; we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled learners in advance.

All course content, videos, materials and course structure are the property of SkillMenzo/Trikara Technologies Pvt Ltd or its instructors and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, publicly share or resell any course content.

Learners are expected to engage respectfully with instructors, mentors and fellow learners. Sharing your account or course access with others, or academic dishonesty in assignments/projects, may result in suspension of access without refund.

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, available at skillmenzo.com/refund.

SkillMenzo provides training content and guidance in good faith but does not guarantee specific employment, salary or certification outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SkillMenzo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
