SkillMenzo ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Trikara Technologies Pvt Ltd. This Privacy Policy applies to skillmenzo.com and covers how we handle information collected when you browse our courses, create an account, enroll in a prerecorded course, live online cohort or classroom program, or make a payment.

By using SkillMenzo, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Account information: name, email address, phone number and password (or Google account details if you sign in with Google) when you register.

Course and order information: the courses you view, enroll in, your batch selection (for live online and classroom programs), enrollment status, and order history.

Payment information: SkillMenzo does not collect or store your card, UPI or bank account details. All payments are processed directly by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. We only receive and store the payment status, Razorpay order ID and payment ID needed to confirm your enrollment.

Support communication: any information you share with us via the Contact page, email or phone when seeking support.

To create and manage your account, and to grant and maintain access to the courses you purchase.

To process payments and send order/enrollment confirmations via email.

To respond to support requests and provide customer service.

To send you important updates about your enrolled courses, such as batch schedules for live online and classroom programs.

To improve our courses, website and services.

All payments on SkillMenzo are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card, UPI and net-banking details are entered directly on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never transmitted to or stored on SkillMenzo's servers.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect your account and checkout session from cross-site request forgery. We do not use these cookies for advertising purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: Razorpay, to process your payments; service providers who help us operate the platform (such as email delivery for order confirmations); and when required to comply with applicable law.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration or loss. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to us using the contact details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

SkillMenzo's courses are intended for learners aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent of a parent or guardian.
