Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when a cancellation or refund is available for each course format. All refunds are processed back to the original Razorpay payment method used at checkout.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 25% of the course content. Once more than 25% of the content has been viewed, or after 7 days have passed, the purchase becomes non-refundable, as access to the digital content has already been granted in full.

Cancellations made at least 3 days before the batch start date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 3 days of the batch start date, or after the first live session has taken place, are non-refundable, though we will try to accommodate a one-time transfer to a future batch, subject to seat availability.

Cancellations made at least 5 days before the batch start date are eligible for a full refund.

Once classes have commenced, fees are non-refundable, though we may offer a transfer to a future batch on a case-by-case basis, subject to seat availability.

Refunds will not be issued where access has been revoked due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or Code of Conduct (such as sharing account access or academic dishonesty).

If SkillMenzo cancels a live online or classroom batch (for example, due to insufficient enrollment), enrolled learners will be offered a full refund or a transfer to an alternative batch, at their choice.

Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval and are credited to your original payment method via Razorpay. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
